Introduction

Our block of 12 spacious holiday apartments are situated on Skegness sea front, at the south end of South Parade promenade, in a quiet cul-de-sac (extension of South Parade). There is access both front and back. There are no steps from the road to the front entrance and one small step to the rear entrance.

There are four ground floor apartments, four first floor apartments (one flight of stairs) and four second floor apartments ( two flights of stairs).
There is no lift in the property.
The main front door is sufficiently wide for good access for wheel chairs and other mobility products.

The nearest bus stop is in the town centre, approx 800mtrs. away. The railway & coach station is approx. ½ mile away and taxis are available at this location.

The town centre is about ¼ mile to the north, access is on level terrain suitable for wheel chair access.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

Luggage can be unloaded at the front or back of the property.
There is on street parking one side of the road at the front of the property. ( No parking limit ).We also have parking for approx. 9 cars at the rear of the property – surface level concrete.

Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

Inside the two entrance doors are two hall ways leading to the ground floor apartments.
There are two staircases leading to the 1st. and 2nd floors
There are no steps to any ground floor accommodation.

Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc

Corridors have reasonable width for access.

Laundry

We have two external rotary clothes lines (one step) on level concrete.

Outdoor Facilities

Car parking at the rear of the property (one step onto level concrete).
Rubbish bin area(one step onto level concrete .

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Shared]

There are no shared shower rooms or toilets.

Grounds and Gardens

As well as the picnic area outside apartment 7 at the rear of the property, we have two more picnic tables and extra chairs at the front patio and shrubbery. Access is level from the front entrance.

Additional Information

Dogs are permitted on request, but must not be left in an apartment on their own.
