All about us
Court Royal is located at the South end of South Parade, the southern promenade of Skegness. Although the location
is in a prominent position, the area is reasonably quiet owing to this part of
South Parade being a cul-de-sac and enjoys little through traffic. The area is
ideal for access to the southern bowling greens, boating lake, Pleasure Beach,
town centre and southern amenities.
We are open throughout the whole year and
while normally during the holiday season we only offer weekly holidays, out of
season we welcome enquiries for short breaks.
The property is divided into 12 self-contained apartments, accommodating 2 to 6 persons in comfort. Two
apartments have pleasant views of the southern amenities and sand dunes plus
four front facing upper floor units have panoramic sea views. Several ground
floor units are available.
Hot water is supplied inclusive, electricity is supplied via a coin operated meter.
